As with previous Autumn/winter seasons, leather remains one of AW 2026’s defining materials, appearing across outerwear, tailoring, dresses, and accessories. But among the season’s many leather stories, the skirt stands out as one of the strongest and most widely adopted item trends.
What’s notable isn’t a single silhouette, but the sheer breadth of interpretation. Midi, mini, wrapped, pleated, paneled, pencil, and softly draped versions all appeared across the runways.
